Rick Johnson
President

Rick Johnson leads the company as its founder and president. Rick has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and more than 18 years as a construction business owner. In his current role, Johnson directs the company's strategic business undertakings, overseeing
all operations from new to remodel commercial and residential construction projects. In addition to construction operations, he is responsible for all functions of the business, including business development, financials, human resources, quality control/safety programs and risk management.

Rick completed his studies at Colorado State University in Industrial Construction Management and has had the opportunity to work as a project superintendent, project manager and construction specialist for midsized and corporate companies prior to starting Diamond Design & Construction, Inc

David Aboyer, PMP
Partner

David Aboyer is responsible for overseeing project and construction management, including cost estimating, quality management and information technology. He has over 21 years of experience in engineering, construction, process, power, food and building industries. David brings a vast range of knowledge and expertise to Diamond Design & Construction, and an outstanding track record in the timely and on budget delivery of civil, structural, mechanical, piping and electrical construction projects.

David also has extensive international experience managing large capital and turnkey projects. Prior to current position, David was Senior Engineering Project Manager at Wrigley, and prior to that International Program Project Manager at United Conveyor Corporation. David holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional.
